TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using our tutoring services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. Continuing clients will receive an invoice before each new three-month block begins, and payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay on time will result in a suspension of tutoring sessions until the account is brought current. By continuing your tutoring services, you agree to pay for each upcoming three-month block of charges ahead of time.


Payment and Billing
Continuing Advance Payment: Clients must pay for each new three-month block of charges ahead of time.
7-Day Payment Window: Invoices are sent before the next cycle starts and must be paid in full within 7 calendar days.
Non-Refundable Retainer: This advance fee is paid to secure your tutor's ongoing, guaranteed time. It is non-refundable once paid.
Late or Non-Payment: If payment is not received within 7 days, all scheduled tutoring sessions will be paused immediately.
Auto-Renewal: Your account will automatically bill for the next three months at the end of your current cycle unless you cancel on time.
Cancellations and Scheduling
Notice Needed: You must give at least 24 hours of notice to reschedule a session.
Missed Time: If you miss a session without 24 hours of notice, that session is forfeited. No makeup sessions or refunds will be given.
Tutor Changes: We reserve the right to change your assigned tutor to ensure quality service.
Ending the Service
How to Stop: You can stop services by giving written notice at least 30 days before your next three-month billing date.
No Partial Refunds: If you stop using the service mid-quarter, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining weeks.
